1.⁠ ⁠Investment & Costs

•Total Investment: Approximately ₹12 to ₹20 lakhs, including interior setup, machinery, furnishings, and initial working capital.

•Franchise Fee: No upfront franchise fee is currently required.

•Royalty Fee: 6% of monthly gross revenue.

 

2.⁠ ⁠Location & Infrastructure Requirements

•Minimum Space: 200–500 sq. ft.

•Frontage: Minimum 8–10 feet.

•Area Restrictions: No other House of Icecream outlet within a 5–7 km radius.

•Essential Infrastructure:

•Air conditioning

•CCTV surveillance

•Computer with internet connectivity

•Delivery service support

•Optional: Seating area, kitchen space

 

3.⁠ ⁠Licenses & Documentation

•Mandatory Licenses:

•FSSAI License (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India)

•Shop and Establishment License

•GST Registration

•Documents Required:

•Franchise Agreement

•Property Rental Agreement

•PAN and Aadhaar Cards

 

4.⁠ ⁠Training & Support

•Initial Training: Comprehensive onboarding on operations, hygiene standards, and customer service.

•Ongoing Support:

•Menu planning and pricing strategies
